While I understand that things come up and sometimes cancellations and tardiness are unavoidable, due to an increase in the number of no-shows and significantly late arrivals, I am forced to adopt a new cancellation policy, effective immediately. The new policy is as follows:
You may cancel your appointment, without any charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
Same day cancellations, or late arrivals of 5 minutes or more, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. “No-Show” clients will be charged the full amount if we cannot fill their spot. This includes clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late (and cannot be taken) or who fail to show up at all. This also includes clients who cancel or reschedule within 1 hour of reservation. A minimum amount of $100 will be charged for no-show and no-cancellations.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, arrive more than 5 minutes late, or fail to cancel your appointment, you will receive an email or text message asking you to make a payment via Paypal or direct bank transfer. Until the payment is made, you will be blocked from making any future appointments.
Regular clients are excused from any of the above.
Making a Return
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, you can do so through Australia Post or International Post. Simply complete the Returns Form and put it with the returning item in a box suitable for mail or courier transport.

You may take Australia Post returns to a post office or mail them directly to the above address. Please ensure that you enclose the Returns Form with all relevant details filled out.
christianacuna.com can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:
credit your credit card
or provide a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on any future christianacuna.com purchase and is valid for 12 months
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage and handling fee
if you have suffered a reaction to any of the ingredients please state that on your form. CA is a highly concentrated skin care, redness and minor irritation of the skin may occur. A light natural peeling is expected when firs usage of the product. Those symptoms are perfectly normal and will disappear within 3 days of consecutive use of the product. We will need you to use the product for 7 uninterrupted days before stopping the treatment due to excessive irritation or peeling.
To complete an exchange, include the name, variety and cost of the new product you require on the Returns Form. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.
Returns and Exchanges
If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
3. Returned within 30 days of delivery
4. In a saleable condition upon return
In the event of a return by you or the recipient of a gift, we will exchange or refund in the form of a Christian Acuña Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate. However, you will pay the postage and handling fee of the return to christianacuna.com and re-delivery to you. We will not refund the initial postage and handling fee, gift wrapping, and other fees.
Goods purchased between 20 November and 25 December can be returned until 31 January of the following year.
Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. If the original item is returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, gift-wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Returns and Refunds of items paid for by Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates
For gifts purchased using a christianacuna.com or third party Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate (or any part thereof), the amount paid by Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates will be refunded in the form of a Christian Acuña Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original method of payment.
Please note: all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to christianacuna.com
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods
Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates
Please ensure all Christian Acuña Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate to offset that cost.
All Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate holder’s responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
Christian Acuña Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates.
There is a difference between a “Purchased” Voucher and a “Promotional” Voucher. A Promotional Voucher is one received as part of a competition, incentive or offer. A Purchased Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate is one that is not associated with any promotion, incentive or offer and the complete cost has been paid for by the customer.
Please note: Promotional Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, then begin a new purchase to use the second.
The same applies, no matter how many Promotional Vouchers you have received. You are still able to “top up” any short fall by using your credit card.
Promotions and Competitions
Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to christianacuna.com promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
If you enter into a transaction through Christian Acuña to purchase services or vouchers for those services supplied directly by a third party, Christian Acuña is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the supplier. In all arrangements involving the direct provision of services by third parties, Christian Acuña accepts no liability of any kind in connection with or arising from such an arrangement.
Christian Acuña is happy to inform that all local and national deliveries to our clients will be made by “fast-way” from www.fastway.org. Local delivery will be made in 24 hours of receiving your order. National deliveries up to 5 working days from the moment we get your order. International parcels will be send trough Australia Post and we allocate 7 working days delivery when send via express or up to 14 days on normal freight
Cost for posting and handling is $9.95 for local; $14.95 national; $24.95 international all parcels will be up to a maximum of 5 kilos of weight.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Christian Acuña and Christian Acuña’s Associates which relate to or are incidental to any transaction. You agree to indemnify and hold Christian Acuña harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Christian Acuña or Christian Acuña’s Associates which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding. You further agree to indemnify and hold Christian Acuña and Christian Acuña’s Associates harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
